If you have any inquiries related to budgets, late payments, and general financial administrative questions, please reach out to your SASC Financial Team representative. They will be able to assist you with your concerns. Additionally, you may also schedule a meeting with your SASC Financial Team representative to receive an overview on how to use the GUS system.
GUS Account Information
GUS is a database that is used for managing and maintaining budgets, also known as Project Codes, at SASC. As a user, you will have access to view detailed expense reports of the budgets for which you are the Principal Investigator. GUS is the database that staff and faculty use to check the balances of their budgets. If you need assistance logging into your GUS account or require access to additional projects that pertain to you, please do not hesitate to reach out to sascadmin@ucsb.edu for assistance.
